About Us

The Client Services Team is viewed as an extension of many of the product teams – participating in their testing, release and implementation activities. The Client Services Team is highly engaged in the building of the configuration, security and user provisioning during these activities.

Client Services works with the product teams and their product owners to effectively build system security, configuration and roles. The team is also involved in Harvard tub/school/department reorganizations as it relates to application configuration and user access.

Client Services partners with Authorized Requestors for the financial, budgeting, human resources and grants management systems to support them and their business groups to ensure users and configuration are set up correctly to use the systems.
